1. The service and operator

These terms apply to Soccer Predictor at soccerpredictor26.com, operated by an individual based in Australia. The service provides football analysis, model forecasts, published results, calculated league tables and performance comparisons. Contact: predictorcontact@proton.me. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Free access and login

The site is completely free to use. Public pages are available without registration. To view the model content available to users, including the verdict comparison card, you must sign up and log in. Registration does not create a paid subscription. We do not charge for access, accept new token purchases or require deposits. An external service has its own terms; using this site does not authorise an external charge.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and may use the service only where lawful. Sign-in is provided through Firebase using the methods displayed on the site. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and verification codes, and do not use another person's account or impersonate them. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. You can request account deletion through the account controls or the contact address.

4. Forecasts and performance figures

Forecasts are uncertain statistical estimates, not guaranteed outcomes or personalised betting, investment or financial advice. The service does not accept, place or settle wagers, hold betting funds or pay winnings. Decisions you make using the information remain your responsibility and must comply with local law.

Training accuracy, backtests, forward predictions and recorded human selections describe different samples. Past results do not guarantee future performance. Yield, CLV, expected value and other metrics depend on the stated sample, odds timestamps, settlement rules and assumptions, including any fees or rebates. Small samples can vary substantially. A displayed edge is not a promise of profit.

5. Sources, timing and corrections

Some information is supplied by third parties or calculated from their published results. Fixtures, injuries, odds and results may be delayed, incomplete, corrected or rescheduled. Calculated tables can differ from official standings because of timing, points deductions or tie-breakers. Source and freshness labels should be read alongside the data.

Draft articles and dated snapshots describe the information available at the stated time; they are not automatically updated assessments. We may correct errors and revise forecasts or methods. Material corrections to performance records should be identifiable rather than presented as original pre-match predictions. Verify important facts against the relevant official source.

6. Acceptable use

Do not bypass login or other access controls, obtain information not made available to your account, share credentials to evade restrictions, attack the service, introduce malware, abuse endpoints, interfere with other users, impersonate anyone or use the service unlawfully. All data, analytics, forecasts, articles and other content are provided for individual, personal and private use only. Public use, public display, publication, redistribution and any commercial or business use are prohibited unless you obtain prior written permission from the operator. Bulk extraction, mirroring and resale are also prohibited without that permission. Permission concerning third-party material must also be obtained from its relevant rights holder. A sharing feature or accessible link does not itself grant permission for public or commercial use.

7. Content, sharing and third-party rights

Our original software, model materials, analysis and design remain ours. Club names, logos, third-party data and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights. We do not claim ownership of them or official endorsement by leagues, clubs or data providers.

You receive a limited, non-transferable permission to use the service and its content solely for individual, personal and private purposes, subject to these terms. Any public or commercial use requires the prior written permission described above. Share links can be viewed by anyone who receives them and may expire; this technical accessibility does not expand your permitted use. Do not submit private information or content you have no right to share. For feature records you submit, you allow us to store, process and display them as needed to provide the feature, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains account data, usage analytics, public participation, retention and deletion. External newsletters, authentication providers and linked websites have their own terms and policies. A link is not a guarantee of their content, availability or security.

9. Availability and account restrictions

We may maintain, update or discontinue features, and cannot promise uninterrupted access or support for every competition. We may restrict an account for misuse, security risks or legal requirements, with notice where reasonable and lawful. You may stop using the service at any time. If access is restricted in error, contact us for review. Ending access does not remove rights or obligations that necessarily continue, such as applicable privacy rights and third-party intellectual-property rights.

10. Liability and statutory rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that data or forecasts will be complete, accurate, timely or suitable for your particular purpose. We are not responsible for speculative losses caused by treating a forecast as a guaranteed result.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, consumer guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud or other conduct where exclusion is prohibited. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful.

11. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms and will date the revised version. We will give additional notice of material changes where required and obtain agreement where the law requires it. Changes do not remove accrued or non-excludable rights.

Contact predictorcontact@proton.me first so we can try to resolve a concern. Australian law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. You retain access to competent courts and applicable complaint bodies. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of statutory complaint or collective-action rights.

The English and Chinese versions are intended to convey the same terms. If their wording differs, the English version guides interpretation to the extent allowed by applicable law.

4. 预测与表现指标

训练准确率、回测、前瞻预测与已记录的人工作出选择描述不同样本。历史结果不保证未来表现。收益率、CLV、期望值等指标取决于所说明的样本、赔率时间、结算规则及费用或返利等假设。小样本可能有较大波动。显示优势不代表承诺盈利。

5. 来源、时间与更正

部分资料来自第三方，或根据其发布的结果计算。赛程、伤病、赔率与赛果可能延迟、不完整、更正或改期。计算积分榜可能因更新时间、扣分或同分排序规则而与官方排名不同。请同时查看来源与时效标识。

草稿文章与注明日期的快照反映标示时间可用的信息，并非自动更新的评估。我们可能更正错误、修订预测或方法。表现记录的重大更正应可识别，不应被呈现为原始赛前预测。重要事实请向相关官方来源核实。

6. 合理使用

不得绕过登录或其他访问控制，获取未向您账号开放的信息，通过共享凭证规避限制，攻击服务、传播恶意软件、滥用接口、干扰其他用户、冒充他人或违法使用服务。所有数据、分析、预测、文章及其他内容仅供个人、私人使用。未经运营方事先正式书面许可，不得公开使用、公开展示、发布、重新分发，或用于任何商业及业务用途。未经上述许可，也不得批量提取、镜像或转售。涉及第三方资料时，还须取得相关权利人的许可。网站提供分享功能或链接可被访问，本身并不代表授予公开或商业使用许可。

7. 内容、分享与第三方权利

我们原创的软件、模型资料、分析与设计的权利归我们所有。俱乐部名称、标志、第三方数据及其他第三方资料仍受其权利人的权利约束。我们不主张拥有这些资料，也不声称获得联赛、俱乐部或数据提供方的官方认可。

我们可能维护、更新或停止部分功能，无法承诺持续无中断访问或覆盖所有赛事。因滥用、安全风险或法律要求，我们可能限制账号，并在合理且合法的情况下通知您。您可随时停止使用。如认为访问被错误限制，请联系我们申请复核。终止访问不会消除必然继续存在的权利或义务，例如适用的隐私权与第三方知识产权。

10. 责任与法定权利

在法律允许的范围内，本服务按实际可用状态提供，不保证数据或预测完整、准确、及时或适合您的特定用途。将预测视为保证结果而导致的投机性损失，不由我们承担。

本条款不排除或限制依法不得排除或限制的权利、消费者保障、救济或责任，包括《澳大利亚消费者法》下适用的权利。本条款不排除欺诈或其他依法不得免责行为的责任。任何责任限制仅在合法范围内适用。

11. 更新与争议

我们可能更新条款并注明修订日期。对重大变化，我们会在需要时提供额外通知，并在法律要求时取得同意。更新不会取消已产生的权利或依法不得排除的权利。
